Heidi Jacobsen was raised in Toronto, Canada, and studied at Parsons School of Design in New York, where she obtained an Environmental Design degree. Heidi has been writing for as long as she can remember. She started with short stories and poems, and then added an impressive repertoire of song lyrics to her writing achievements. Seven years ago she branched off into writing screenplays, and has already completed eight works in the genre. Heidi's work is unpretentious, and engaging. She understands the importance of dialogue, and scripts believable and effortless communication for her characters. Six of Heidi's novels are available as eBooks, with more to come soon!

Prof. Abdul-Settar Abdul-Latif Al-Assady was born in Basra, Iraq in 1954. After doing his Masters in English Literature, he joined the University of Basra in 1992 to give lectures on all literary courses. Abdul-Settar is the founder and Editor-in-chief of The New Horizon, a cultural magazine in English, the first of its kind in Basra. The magazine has been discontinued for financial matters.
Abdul-Settar has written literary criticism on different topics related both to Arabic and English literature, translated many works of famous men of letters into Arabic, published his articles in Arabic magazines and newspapers and published his researches in English in a lot of refereed and specialized journals of the University.

Moses Aaron was born in Calcutta, India in 1944, moved to Australia in 1952. He is regarded as one of Australias foremost storytellers, and often draws from tales of many cultures to weave a rich tapestry in which ancient classics are made to sparkle anew. Moses is a philosophic-psychologist who understands the human condition. For many years he was a specialist secondary school teacher, working with young autistic people; he connected with them in a way few others ever could. He lives in Sydney, New South Wales.

Eugene Binx was born in 1949, on the south west side of England on a small island twenty six miles off the coast of Europe. His prayers, for a new life, were answered when his parents re-located the family to the City of Oxford. In his early teenage years he delivered morning newspapers to many of the inhabitants of the grand universities. During those many solitary morning hours spent walking through the grounds of great knowledge and culture, there arose a desire in Eugene to study English Literature. Eugenes love of English Literature took him to the Oxford Theatre, where he quickly mastered the art of back stage work and began working as a stage electrician in the West End Theatre. Having studied classical music as a child, he moved on to the business of music but in the capacity of a technician. Following an unsuccessful entertainment venture and a ten-year-period of exile, he returned to London where he lives today. Relieved of all his financial burdens, Eugene finds the time to write novels, drink and even strum a guitar.

Dennis Thomas was born in Tumbarumba, New South Wales but has been living in Canberra since 1970. Dennis started writing in 1990 and began attending a weekly poetry event at Kimbos Wine Bar and a fortnightly meet to discuss the works of great poets. Dennis works as a Sales Representative, but he tries to maintain the discipline of writing poetry three times a week. He is also inspired by the work of Blake, Shelley, Keats, and many other legends of the past.

Laura Maffey a British national of Italian origin and a member of the Fabian Society, has been doing research on Sigmund Freud's metaphysics for quite a few years. In the past she pursued interests as diverse as interior decoration, lending her voice for educational programs for publishing houses and literary commentaries for broadcasting stations, including the Radio of the Daily American. Ram G Kumar was born in the temple town of Madurai in Tamil Nadu, India in 1979. Despite being an average student, Ram did his B.Com and went on to procure an MCA degree. He has many more certificates to his credit - CEH, CCNA, ISO 27001:2005 ISMS Lead Auditor and ISO 9001:2000 QMS Internal Auditor and BCCP. Ram’s passion for Information Technology led him to hold various positions in the field of IT. American writer Artie Knapp was born in Chillicothe, Ohio, in 1973. A library bearing his name is featured on the internationally acclaimed Kids site Candlelightstories.com. He is a member of The Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators, and graduated from Ohio University. Knapp previously wrote and directed the science fiction-comedy movie Plutos Plight. Artie lives in Cincinnati, Ohio with his wife, Priya.

Pritis Chandra Majumdar was born in 1943 in a remote village called Alampur in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Due to political reasons, he had to leave his home town and move to Independent India and ultimately settle in Calcutta. Pritis studied Industrial Engineering, acquired a post-graduate degree in political science and obtained an MBA specializing in Human Resources Management. Pritis studies and experimentation on human nature became his passion during his working life as he dealt with a variety of people from all levels of economic and social status. Pritis arrived at this conclusion: to get peace in life, we have to learn how to control our desires and our mind.

Tripuresh Dhar Diwivedi was born in the mystical city of Varanasi, India. He graduated in Science from St. Stephens college, New Delhi and obtained a Post Graduate degree in Ancient History with a major in Religion from Jawaharlal Nehru University. He is presently working for the Indian Railways. Tripuresh published some of his poetry and at the age of thirty he completed his first novel, Love and Loss. This novel is his attempt to reduce to words the complexities of his culture and the political processes that are engulfing his country.

At thirty, Rob Watson has written six novels. He loves to tell stories using his imagination. This helps him to drift into his own world and escape from the mundane that seems determined to dominate life. Three of his novels are crime thrillers (Hell Bent’, Hunting the Hit man’ and Searching for Scarlet’), one is a fantasy world adventure (The Good, the Bad and the Somewhere In Between’) and the other two are sports novels (Immortal Dreams’ and Lupine Therapy’). He earns a living as a sports coach for Rugby League and Golf; most of the time he coaches children.

Nigel King grew up in a Community Centre, which was described by the national press as The Home from Hell, notorious for offences of child abuse that were committed, mainly by its founder. He escaped from the Community Centre but it took a further thirty three years to unravel the knotted ball of anger, loneliness, confusion, mistrust, and hatred that he had carried in his heart and mind. Nigels life has been many things, but it has never been boring. He is now a writer and therapist working with acquired brain injury victims.

T. A. Chappel was born in 1957 and lives in Waterdown, Ontario, Canada. She began to write in the summer of 2005, her inspiration came from watching The Phantom of the Opera and Timeline. Both the movies set the stage for her first novel Mask in the Corridor. Her interest in history and physics and the experience of having traveled through Europe helped her weave a story, which is an intriguing tale that takes the reader on an adventurous journey below the historic city of Rouen, France where a strange phenomenon joins two different centuries. Chappel enjoys reading, listening to Elvis Presley and ABBA, skating, skiing, swimming, boating and hiking and is a big fan of history. Although Chappel had never written before she discovered that she had a great imagination and decided to put it to test by writing her very first novel, Mask in the Corridor. Chappel has two children and two grand children.

Tendai Huchu was born in 1982. The Final Crusade is his second book. Tendai's first book entitled "Notes from a Dying People" is still under production having undergone numerous revisions. Tendai currently resides in Edinburgh - Scotland, a city which he says fills him with inspiration for his work.

Ella Roberts was born in South Africa and moved to England when she was nine. At the age of fifteen she took an interest in self-development and spirituality, read widely on the subject, and started putting what she learned into practice by doing meditations, keeping journals and channeling information. At the age of twenty she started writing about her experiences in the form of fiction.

Ian Sharp was born and raised in London and discovered, at an early age, he had the wanderlust. At twenty, he said goodbye to the United Kingdom; at twenty-two he was shipwrecked in the Coral Sea; in his late twenties, he decided to start a career in Real Estate Trading; at the age of thirty-two Ian had become the Managing Director and shareholder of sixteen Australian trading companies and traveled the globe. Cristache Gheorghiu was born in Roman, a little town in Romania and got a master degree in engineering from the "Gh. Asachi" Technical University of Iasi, later specializing in Computing Science. Cristache is an accomplished painter and has his own studio and a permanent exhibition in downtown Brosav. After retiring, and particularly after two trips to the US, Cristache has become a published writer with three books already released, two in Romanian language and one in English.

Giulietta Spudich, half-Italian, half-American, grew up in Eastchester, New York, attended Rice University and obtained her PhD in molecular and cell biology at University of California, Berkeley. She moved to England in 2002 to work in biochemical research, and it was here that she started to write with more direction. She dreamed of a fairy and a human friendship, and wrote it down and it grew into three novels. Currently Giulietta works in educational development for a genome browser called Ensembl. She loves to travel and write, take photographs and stay in touch with good friends, either emailing them incessantly or having the occasional cappuccino (or hot chocolate).

Lesley Chambers was born in 1957 and has lived in Mirfield in West Yorkshire all her life. Her poems, written over a period of three years at the turn of the century, had a cathartic effect. Thanks to pressure and advice from friends and family her poems have now been submitted for publication. Lesley’s hobbies include reading, taking care of her cats, and continually dealing with annoying psychiatrists.

Dr Litt has published more than forty articles in scientific journals dealing with diseases of the skin.
