Lord I acknowledge you as the Lord of Lords and King of Kings I give you thanks, honor, glory, and praise For you being God Not only for what you can do for others and me If I could swim in your presence forever I would drawn myself in that sea that no one could rescue me No emergency number would call anyone No worker could bring me back to life Only the life giving power of God can save me If there is anything I have done to hurt you or others If there is anyone I have done Forgive me O God and make me whole once more That I might partake all that you possess Continue to bless me in a way I don’t how you will do so I want you to blow my mind And clothe me in the arms of humbleness That no matter who high I rise up in you I would always see myself lower than everyone else I pray that I become a champion of humility So others shall see this great work and glorify you that live in heaven You answered my prayer saying That my request has been granted That whatever I keep in my heart I shall have what I say Because I don’t read my Bible like I should But the Word is written in my spirit I don’t walk in the office of a prophet But you use me to bring a prophetic word to the people I don’t think I have a word for someone But you always direct someone in my path to give a word I don’t overly expect what you have for me Only to do something on my own and miss you I shall live by my faith and not by what I can see For I know this is the only way I can please you O God I pray you will keep me in the land of humility That you continue to clothe me in the sea of righteousness That you shower me in the rain of blessings My lips shall be written with the heavenly praises of the angels on high That when I speak unto the heavens that when they all cheer The congregation will cheer with the convention O how I long for that day that shall come soon For the namesake of your son Jesus by His name I pray Amen |
