When things don’t seem to be in my favor I will trust in you When nothing comes when I want them to come I will trust in you I cry out my heart to you O Lord I will trust in you I cannot lean on my own understanding Because I have to acknowledge you to direct my paths I will trust in you The devil can try everything to derail my faith From himself or uses others When my own wife to discourage me My God I cry out to you I will trust in you Even though I didn’t get to go on vacation this week I know you can make it so we do go I will trust in you When I don’t think I can make a good minister Not worry about finances Or fit into the church I recently joined I will trust in you I pray unto you Lord leaving everything at the altar Not picking it back up again I will trust in you When people talk about me in my absence I’m not worried I will trust in you I shall go forth if the things of God I know what He has promised me I place all of my faith in you Because I will trust in you |
