Do you go out on a Friday To get totally legless? Well that’s OK ‘Cause you don’t talk to yourself in the supermarket. Do you drop an E at the club And enjoy the feeling of universal love? You’re quite normal in that It’s talking to god that’s freaky. Do you beat your wife And shout at the children? Perfectly acceptable, of course So long as no one ‘told’ you to do it. Do you wake up in the morning Feeling like you’re set in concrete And struggle to work out How to make your breakfast? The life of the mentally ill Is like being in a vacuum. No one can get in to you. And you’re too damn scared to go out.
