Walking to the bank to pay in some cheques for his Karate school business, Lee had no idea of the drama he was about to get caught up in. Disappointed by the length of the queue when he got there Lee thought for a while before deciding he may as well just join the queue rather than doing something else and coming back to the bank another time when the queue might well be even longer for all he could know. Minding his own business, he was standing in line and he was looking through his cheques and his pay form making sure hed filled it out correctly. Suddenly a commotion came from behind him. He turned to see four men walking into the bank. Three of them were armed with some sort of machine gun. All four of them had ski masks on. The one in front was the one without a gun but he was the only one to do any talking. Ladies and gentlemen this is a good old fashioned bank robbery he shouted out. As far as each of you is concerned there really is no cause for alarm. Trust me, we do not want to hurt anybody. We just want the money. However also trust me that if any of you get any heroic ideas my friends with the guns here will not hesitate to use them. So everybody just stay nice and quiet and still and we will be out of here before you know it. And you can all go about your lives once again. As he shouted he walked towards the service counters. And his three associates followed him, pointing their guns all around them to make sure nobody was doing anything they didnt want them to be doing. Customary gasps and panic greeted the entrance of the bank robbers. Lee however merely did exactly as the shouting masked man had asked. He stood still and didnt make a sound.
Just before they got to the counter an even more dramatic entrance was made into the bank. Ten very heavily armed and protected police officers charged in and screamed at the robbers to put their weapons down. As soon as he heard the doors being forcefully opened the unarmed robber took his ski mask off and stood amongst the public. The three armed robbers turned to face the police, pointing their own guns at them. On the third very loud insistence that the robbers drop their weapons they did indeed slowly lower their guns to the ground, acknowledging that not only were they greatly outnumbered but they would be greatly out skilled by the police experts in firearms. As soon as they put their guns on the floor, all the armed police walked over to them and started putting them in handcuffs. Mick ran into the bank at this point.
Where is he? Where is Jensen? He shouted. I want to see that son of a bitch. Wait a minute, why are there only three of them? There should be four.
As Mick spoke and frantically looked around, Jensen realized the armed police were no longer between him and the door. And he decided to make a desperate run for it.
Stop him! Mick screamed just as Jensen was going past Lee. Unfortunately for Jensen he ran straight into Lees oncoming boot. Lee hit him on the nose and knocked him to the floor.
Mick rushed over to the stricken Jensen and stood on top of him.
You must have known Id get you in the end Mick said and stared intently into Jensens eyes as Jensen grabbed his nose and tried to gain his bearings.
Always better to be lucky than good Jensen said groggily whilst making no attempt to get up.
Bret watched on distraught from outside the bank, fixing his glare onto Lee, without Lee even knowing he was being watched.
