Before publishing you must provide us with:
  1. Title of the book
  2. Author's name (your pen name)
  3. Chapter titles
  4. Short description of the book available for readers prior to purchase
  5. Optionally, a Foreword , preferably written by someone other than yourself.
  6. Optionally, a Biograpy and a picture of the author, available for readers prior to purchase.
