Crossing from barbarian state to a more humanitarian-focal phase, the world has now been converted into a more humanitarian society. From law-making to govern the internal order of individual country, to the establishment of the United Nations Organization, constituted of diverse special organs to respond to different needs, regional organizations and other international legal and humanitarian instruments, the philosophical question: what are the approaches to fair trial is still the life-long question to be answered amongst many scholars from all part of the world.
The approaches to fair trial herein are too sophisticated to explain, since different countries always have different approaches to it. The tendency of globalization, regional integration, economic rivalries, etc, has surprisingly made fair trial an indispensable issue to hit the agenda.
