Our team is dedicated to worlds best practice service. We have two primary goals: the first is to be the best e-book publishing house on the internet. The second is, to deliver great service to authors and readers.
We can confidently state that we have almost achieved both of these goals. Were on the right pathway, and success is clearly in sight.
But we also know that as soon as we reach our goals it will be time to make more changes, and start the hard work all over again.
Thats the interesting thing about quality and service. There is no point at which a business can say, Well thats it; we have made it. There is nothing else to do.
Why? Because quality and service are a continuous improvement thing. And thats why Globusz is committed to examining every aspect of its service and to finding better ways to do things. For our business, our staff, but more importantly, for the people who matter most, our authors and our readers.
Anything less than the best is just not good enough.
