His practice also included consulting in a drug and alcohol program, consulting in multiple nursing homes, and consulting with the State of Tennessee Disability

Winning the Mental War of Golf
Golf can be the greatest game in the world and, on bad days, the most frustrating. In the mental war of golf, we become the enemy. It is a battle against our own self-sabotaging mindset that often sends us into a downward tailspin. The harder we try, the worse we play, and the pressure builds.
Drawing from the newly emerging field of energy psychology, Dr. Yarbrough walks the reader through specific techniques that are designed to quickly correct this self-defeating dynamic. These subtle techniques can be done on the course during play. In addition, the reader will learn similar techniques to help control emotions during play, such as nervousness, frustration and anger.
Remove the stumbling blocks and play more consistently at a level that reflects your true ability.
