Gina Lake has a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology. For more than two decades she has been a practicing astrologer and a channel. Her primary focus has been helping others to gain a clear understanding of their behavior patterns and assisting them to identify the underlying conditioning that compels them to act as they do. She guides her clients towards a deeper level of insight that allows them to connect with their true nature and discover their life purpose.

In 1999, Gina had a spiritual awakening, which deepened her understanding and ability to help people move beyond the personal self to an experience of their true Self. Since then, she has written eight books about awakening, including Radical Happiness, Choosing Love, What About Now, Return to Essence, Getting Free, Anatomy of Desire, Embracing the Now, and Living in the Now. She lives in Sedona, Arizona with her husband, Nirmala, who is also a spiritual teacher, counselor, and writer.
