Mexican/American, Gail Buck was born in 1957, and from an early age knew she would eventually make a difference. She has always had a desire to help underserved communites.

After gaining her Real Estate license in 2000, she saw the opportunity to make a real contribution to the Hispanic community. In 2004 Gail became a licensed Broker and managed a large Century 21 branch. She started her own Real Estate company in 2007 and because of Arizona's large Spanish demographic, she focused on creating a bi-lingual and bi-cultural franchise model.

When the market shifted in 2008, Gail set out to become a specialist in Bank owned property in order to utilize this inventory to assist in creating sustainable homeownership opportunites for many . Armed with her new status she established a new partnership , and successfully launched a business called New Vista Realty Arizona. In December 2008 Gail received the prestigious, Top Producing Broker Award from New Vista Asset Management, an organization of over 200 Brokers nationwide.

Gail was recently nominated for the coveted Hope Award; the finalist will be announced in late April this year. New Vista Realty, Arizona, is a high volume "Real Estate Owned" specialist. Eighty-five percent of their clients are First-Home Buyers, of which around 42 percent are minorities. Gail and her team are highly respected by their peers for their professionalism and expert knowledge of the industry.

Gail has produced a range of excellent booklets and short articles that help to take the mystery out of Real Estate. She believes she has selected topics that will help her own clients, and other people, to gain an understanding of many issues that will confront them when they are considering buying or selling Real Estate. Over the next six months, Globusz will publish Gail's work as short eBooks. Globusz is also working with Gail, her Partner Sara Stevens and their team, to produce a number of great videos that will be uploaded to You Tube. The movies and the publications will be great assets to many people who currently find the world of Real Estate a complicated maze that is often difficult to navigate.
